We will practice daily focusing on common problems like backcare, neck + shoulders, and hips + knees. Your strength, flexibilty, and mobility will improve and your energy will get a lift.
We will also practice sequences that ease your nerves and give inner stabilty and calm. You'll understand what to do when life's challenges get in the way and how to balance both body + mind with yoga.
We will explore strategies to integrate yoga into everyday life with live + prerecorded classes, workshops and Q+A's. You will receive a practice journal and extra support in a private Facebook group during the week.
You will learn tools for self-healing and vitality through yoga and the empowerment that comes from targeted, thoughtful, + transformational yoga therapy.
